booking fees

A Booking Fee of £150 becomes payable upon signing your contract with Gary Edgar Photography.

The Booking Fee is deducted in full from the total price calculated by totaling fee due and Album figures as detailed in the Shedule. Upon Cancellation the Booking Fee is Non-Refundable.

In accordance with the copyright, design and patents act 1988, the copyright of all photographs taken remains the property of Gary Edgar Photography. We may, at our discretion use the photographs for exhibition, display or publication for promotional purposes.

Negatives and Digital files remain the property of Gary Edgar Photography.

cancellations

The client may cancel their contract at any time by giving written notice to Gary Edgar Photography.

If the client notifies Gary Edgar Photography more than 120 days before the date that the wedding is due to take place then Gary Edgar Photography will reimburse the client the whole of the price as is detailed below.

If the client notifies Gary Edgar Photography that they wish to cancel the contract at any time within three months of the date of the wedding then the amount of the price that Gary Edgar Photography shall be entititled to shall be calculated in accordance with the table below (detailing the amount Gary Edgar Photography are entitled to).

0-7 days 100% ....... 8-14 days 95%

15-30 days 90% ....... 30-60 days 80%

60-120 days 50% ....... more than 120 days 0%
